 Legacy Verizon plans with free Apple Music

With Verizon previous plans, you may get free Apple Music for either as long as you have the plan or for 6 months. If your plan includes an Apple Music promotion, you currently have until 11/17/23 to enroll. Offer is subject to change or end without notice.

If you want to get Apple Music free with Verizon for as long as you have your plan, you’ll need to have one of the following plans:

• 5G Get More
• Get More Unlimited
• Do More Unlimited
• Play More Unlimited
• Beyond Unlimited
• Above Unlimited

If you have one of the plans listed below, you can still get Apple Music for free for 6 months, such as the following:

• 5G Play More
• Go Unlimited
• The Verizon Plan Unlimited

After the 6-month promotion ends, the cost is $10.99/line per month until you cancel. You can cancel any time. You can change your plan in My Verizon.

To get the Apple Music promotion, you must:

• Be up-to-date on your bill payments
• Have an iPhone® or an Android™ smartphone
• Be on an eligible Unlimited plan

Here’s how you activate your Apple Music subscription:

1. Visit vzw.com/applemusic on your desktop or mobile browser, or “Add-ons” in the My Verizon app under “Account.”
2. Select the lines you want to enroll in Apple Music and accept the Terms and Conditions.
3. Each line will get a text message with a link to download or open the Apple Music app.
4. Once your subscription is activated, you can manage or cancel your subscription through vzw.com/applemusicor in the “Add-ons” section of the My Verizon app under “Account.”

You can still get Apple Music with your Verizon plan even if you’re already subscribed through Apple. Once you redeem the Verizon promotional subscription and link your Apple ID, you’ll be prompted within the Apple Music app to cancel one of your subscriptions. Canceling with Apple will continue your Apple Music subscription through Verizon.

How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.
