You can’t connect YouTube Music to your Last.fm account directly like Spotify. On Android devices, you can use external scrobbling apps like Pano scrobbler, Scroball and Simple Scrobbler, etc. On iOS, use https://scrobbler.bocono-labs.com. On desktop, the solution is to use a third party YouTube Music desktop app with built-in last.fm integration or use Web Scrobbler for browser.
Pano Scrobbler is not available on iOS. Luckily there is an alternative – Last.fm Scrobbler for YouTube Music. However, the service is currently unavailable due to recent changes in YouTube’s integration API. We will keep this updated.

1. Download, install and run YouTube Music desktop app on your Mac.
2. Click the Settings icon on the top right corner. Click Integrations and toggle on Last.fm scrobbling.
3. You will be directed to last.fm, click YES, ALLOW ACCESS.
4. Relaunch YouTube Music Desktop App, check above settings and make sure “User is Authenticated” is marked as Yes. Now start streaming YouTube Music and Last.fm will start scrobbling YouTube Music.

You don’t need to sign in to your YouTube Music account.
