We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Refund Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange the product with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund with 30 days of your purchase.
After 30 days, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the free trial version of any Pazu software. This helps reduce dissatisfaction after the purchase.
In these cases, you can request a refund or product exchange.
Accident duplicate purchases. If you purchase two same products by mistake, We can refund the duplicated purchase to you.
A wrong purchase. If you purchase the wrong product from Pazu, and then purchase the right product from Pazu within 30 days. We can refund you for the wrong product.
Fatal technical issues. You encounter a problem that can not be fixed within 30 days. We can help process your refund.
In the following cases, we do not accept the refund requests.
You requested a refund for technical issues, but refuse to cooperate with the Pazu support team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining to provide detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or refusing to try to apple the solutions provided by the Pazu support team.
You purchased the so-called “wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other companies.
You changed your mind after the order is finished.
You requested a refund but the order has already exceeded 30 days.
You failed to receive the registration code for the product, but never asked for assistance from our support team within 30 days.
You requested a refund for a part of bundle.
Software failing to work due to a cancellation of related subscription service.
Please send your refund request to our support email: [email protected]. Once your email is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund email. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.
If you request is approved, you refund will be processed. You will be refunded according to your original payment method. Once the refund is completed, please remove the product from your computer. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
